The dealership told me they couldn't find the problem with my vehicle, sent it home, and said when the check engine light comes on or you get stranded we will check again! Called, took the car in, 2 1/2 hours later ABC called, found the problem, and would have it done the next day, only because they needed a part. Excellent service, friendly staff, answered all questions and best of all, reasonably priced. Guess where we are taking our cars for service going forward??

I cannot say enough about ABC Drivetrain. They are an incredible group of people who go above and beyond to take care of their customers. We have taken our vehicles there for years. Recently we had an issue with a used truck that we purchased. Called ABC and spoke with Josh (Stubby), he took care of getting our truck brought back to Lancaster ( it was at my husband's work), kept us updated on what they were doing, and took very good care of us.

First-time customer - took my car in for a bad sensor in my transmission and it was fixed the next day when the part came in. The part they received was defective and the same problems happened 2 days later. Called Josh and he got my car back in right away (this is how we knew the part was defective). He ordered the new part and had my car just 2 more days to make sure it was ok. Problem solved and great communication with me and customer service!
